Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial

Located along the Tidal Basin in Washington, D.C., the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial features a diverse array of seven water elements that bring movement, texture, and sound to the landscape. These range from serene reflecting pools to dynamic, frothing waterwalls, stepped cascades, and dramatic stylized granite waterfalls. CMS provided complete mechanical, electrical, and water treatment system design for all fountain features. Our scope included preparing construction documents, sharing construction administration duties with the landscape architect, and overseeing system startup and commissioning.
